As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting, engaging and giving customers a little glimpse of the beaty world. With your passion for people; our company; products and services, you will ensure that each customer has a unique and inspirational in-store experience which educates, inspires and delights them. You will walk the customer through the brand's offering and advise products in accordance with the customer's needs.

You will be reporting to the Counter Manager.
The positions are permanent and part-time Beauty Advisor 30 and Makeup Artist 24 no of hours per week, based in Turku.
More specifically, you will:
- Be responsible for reaching your individual sales' target.
- Provide exceptional and authentic customer experience by finding the right products based on the customer's needs.
- Have ownership over the counter - keep the counter tidy at all times, re-stock the counter and make sure that the visual merchandising is optimal to the brand's guidelines.
- Establish collaborative relationships with your colleagues and your direct manager.
- Perform services, participate in in-store events and being of help to your colleagues.
- Administer cashiering and ensure customer satisfaction to improve customer loyalty that will add impact to the business' financial objectives.
