FINALLY, it's time to open our third store in Finland and continue to expand in Helsinki Metropolitan area. Yes, you read that right, this spring we will open a new store in Finland, and in MAY the time has come for Sello! We’re excited to invite you, our dear LYKO community of Espoo, to Your Beauty Playground!

The Role of Store Manager at Lyko
We are convinced that the key to success is ensuring that the store performs well while our amazing employees are thriving and developing. As a Store Manager at Lyko, you play a crucial role in making sure these things go hand in hand.
We place great importance on having a leader who is driven to give each individual the opportunity to take responsibility and grow. Besides products, our stores also host activities such as collaborations with suppliers and inspiring events. Of course, you’ll also contribute ideas on how to build customer relationships that go above and beyond.
As Store Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
Providing all customers with a true WOW experience by always putting the customer experience first, both for yourself and for your team.
Leading, coaching and developing your team to become the best version of itself.
Running a profitable business with business mindset by optimizing the store, resources and sales.
Ensuring that Lyko’s concept is followed by staying on top of campaigns and ensuring perfect signage and product displays.
Ensuring the right staffing by scheduling and recruiting new employees when necessary.
About the position and your new workplace
The position is a permanent full-time role with a probationary period preferably starting in April or as agreed. The store is planned to open in May, but there’s a lot to do together before that! You will have varying working hours, both in the weekdays, evenings and weekends.
You will report to Regional Manager Finland, but until that person is in place, you will report to Cecilia Andersson, Regional Manager in Sweden.
The store, with a total area of 208 square meters, will be located in the Sello Shopping center in Leppävaara, in Espoo's bussiest urban city center right next to Leppävaara train station.

We would love if you:
Have leadership experience within retail and experience in store operations.
Have a genuine interest in coaching your employees and enjoy seeing others develop.
Are structured and good at handling different tasks simultaneously.
Can communicate clearly and simply so that the complex becomes easy – not the other way around.
Are down-to-earth and enjoy working both high and low, from project management of collaborations with suppliers to working on the floor with what we do best: serving our customers.
Are used to having responsibility for and working towards set KPIs and regularly following up on them with your team.
