What you will learn and contribute to
The Wireless Technologies Licensing Team is looking for a highly skilled Patent Licensing Senior Manager to join their team in Finland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various licensing projects, with a particular emphasis on global litigation and dispute resolution aspects.
This position is ideal for an experienced lawyer seeking a dynamic and challenging global role within a team of dedicated professionals operating in a complex legal environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patent litigation, dispute resolution, and patent or technology licensing, as well as a diverse skill set that includes project management, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to draft agreements, legal submissions, and other legal documents. A persevering attitude and a commitment to driving projects to completion are essential.
Responsibilities may vary based on project needs, offering a unique opportunity to engage with diverse and impactful challenges in the field of patent licensing.
As part of our team, you will:
- Develop strategies, coordinate and support various patent licensing related global litigation projects from licensing perspective.
- Be responsible for high quality of processes and standards in his/her own area.
- Support organization in achieving business goals and targets.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Your skills and experience
You have:
- Significant relevant work experience
- University Degree: Master of Laws (mandatory)
- Good project management and communication skills. Determination to see things through to completion
- Ability to understand the complexities of the licensing environment as well as business, technology and related IPR and legal issues and a willingness to explore new approaches and learn as you go
- Familiarity with patent licensing, patent litigation and dispute resolution
- Attention to detail, analytical skills and understanding of financial analyses
- Ability to draft license agreements, submissions and other legal documents
- A team-player mindset and willingness to work under pressure
