Georg Fischer Building Flow Solutions is seeking a Specialist in Receivables Management. Our Financial Services team provides transactional services to GFBFS’s units across nine European countries and collaborates closely with other finance functions, business representatives and local customer services.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage customer credit limits
- Handle collection activities
- Reconcile accounts receivable transactions
- Process intercompany invoicing
- Perform month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable
- Contribute to process development within the team
- Assist stakeholders with inquiries related to receivables management
Requirements:
- Educational background in accounting, finance, or equivalent credentials
- Practical experience in accounts receivable accounting
- Fluent English skills are mandatory, German language skills are an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Eligibility to work in Finland
The position is fulltime and permanent.
