You will participate in the following tasks:
- Supporting the global HR Center of Expertise team in projects
- Assist in coordinating diverse development initiatives and HR projects.
- Contribute to the creation and continuous improvement of HR practices and processes.
- Support the development of training materials and HR content, including guidelines and communications.
- Help collect and analyze HR data to generate reports on key metrics.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects, including organizing training sessions, maintaining employee records, and managing documentation.
- Possibility to support in some HR Operations generalist tasks locally based on interest and need
To succeed you will need:
- At least 3-4 years of relevant studies
- Approx. 1 year of relevant work experience is seen as a plus
- Proactive way of working, desire for personal development and learning new things
- A customer-focused and innovative mindset, and problem-solving skills
- An ability to work as part of a team, while also being capable of independent work
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
The employment is fixed term, and it will start in April/May 2025 and last until the end of August 2025, with a potential short summer break period in July and potential extension after the summer period.
