We are looking for a HRIS Specialist/Senior Specialist to join our HRIS team.
Our HRIS team is responsible for the HRIS (Workday) development, configuration, integrations and support in GF Building Flow Solutions division (formerly Uponor).
We have an exciting HRIS agenda for the coming years, and to further strengthen our existing HRIS team, we are now looking for a proactive team player to support the business with various HRIS tasks. The role will be adjusted according to the selected person’s expertise.
Our modern office is located in Ilmala, Helsinki with good transport connections. We operate in a flexible hybrid working model.
Your job responsibilities will be:
- Manage Workday configuration and process EIB uploads
- Collaborate with internal business partners to develop and optimize Workday for organizational objectives
- Act as a key liaison with IT and manage interfaces and integrations between Workday and other platforms
- Configure and support annual processes such as compensation reviews, performance processes and benefits open enrolment
- Design and build advanced custom reports in Workday and support business with reporting
- Provide support and trainings to HR
To succeed in this position, you should have:
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree from Human Resources, Business, or other relevant field
- Expertise in Workday HCM and understanding of Workday data structures and HR processes is a must
- Expertise in one or more of the following Workday modules is seen as an advantage: Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, Talent, Reporting, Integration Platforms
- Experience with Workday configuration is seen as an advantage
- Ability to understand the big picture while managing details
- Strong collaboration skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills and experience working with international teams
- Fluency in English
