We are now looking a Feature Owner Team (FOT) Leader, a Project Lead, to strengthen our Network Management R&D team in Tampere, Finland. You will work with our new features on Nokia Network Management products, mainly with Mantaray NM.
As part of our team, you will
- Lead end to end feature development and delivery across all virtual teams contributing to the Feature
- Manage interfaces and dependencies to other features and FOTs (Feature Owner Teams)
- Represent your FOT and make commitments towards the Program on behalf of FOT
- Facilitate FOT meetings and retrospectives
- Own the risks and mitigation actions related to FOT execution
- Ensure FOT follows related processes
- Track and manage the faults management related processes within your FOT
You have:
- Efficient meeting facilitation practices and good communication skills, actively communicating inside the FOT and across the wider organization
- The knowledge to summarize status in a crisp and meaningful way for different levels of participants
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record in delivering projects from start to successful completion
- Comfort in challenging situations and perform well under high pressure
- Good leadership skills with proven experience in managing virtual and/or multicultural teams
- Comfort in decision-making and can demonstrate your decision-making skills with real-life examples
- Fluency in using Jira
- Ownership of FOT challenges, with prior experience in creating necessary mitigation plans and owning those actions
- Ability to support other FOTLs/project managers in the organization and actively share your own best practices
- The capability to handle tasks that look a bit unclear in the beginning, but with your experience, you know how to get started
- Experience with software development projects with a basic understanding of SW development dynamics and technologies using agile methodologies
- Fluency in written and spoken EnglishA great sense of ownership for the assigned work
