We are now looking for

Business Analyst Summer Trainee

to join the Business Intelligence and Analytics team , based in Espoo, for a duration of 4-6 months and starting preferably in May 2025, depending on your availability.

As a Business Analyst Trainee, you’ll be at the heart of our data-driven decision-making process. You’ll collaborate with diverse stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze business processes, and develop interactive reports and dashboards using state-of-the-art technologies .

What we are looking for :

Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Experience in analytics and data analysis, with the ability to handle significant amounts of information.

Currently in your third year or higher of university studies, pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or similar .

Some experience with business intelligence platforms like Microsoft Power BI, Qlik Sense, or Tableau.

Familiarity with SQL, Python, Scala, or R for delivering insights.

Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner to non-technical stakeholder

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
