We’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our R&D team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our solutions. As a UX/UI Designer, you’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, design managers and other designers to craft intuitive interfaces for tools and systems used in the process industries. From ideation to implementation, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on products that serve global customers.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design user-centered interfaces for digital products.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user needs and business goals.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of your designs.
Contribute to our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across products.
Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
Proficiency in design tools, especially Figma, but we value your ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools as needed.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Ability to balance technical constraints with user needs and business objectives.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in designing for data analytics or process industry solutions is a bonus.
