We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps & Platform Engineer with expertise in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and automation. This role focuses on cloud-native deployments, platform engineering, and troubleshooting, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across distributed systems. You will work with container orchestration, infrastructure automation, and data store management while collaborating with development and operations teams to enhance platform efficiency.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
As part of our team, you will:
- Design, build, and manage platform infrastructure using Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker
- Develop and maintain automation scripts (Bash, Python) for infrastructure provisioning and management
- Support and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve software delivery and system efficiency
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) for high availability and performance
- Manage and optimize data stores (SQL, NoSQL, or distributed databases) for application scalability
- Ensure security, compliance, and reliability of the platform by implementing best practices
- Leverage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible) for automation and configuration management
- Develop and maintain Robot Framework test cases for automated infrastructure validation
- Collaborate with development teams to enhance platform capabilities and streamline deployments
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have:
- Experience with Linux & Bash scripting
- Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and any CaaS (Container-as-a-Service) platform
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-native services
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps automation tools like Jenkins
- Hands-on experience with Python for scripting and automation
- Strong troubleshooting skills in infrastructure, networking, and data stores
- Experience with database management (SQL, NoSQL, or distributed storage solutions) particularly Cassandra, MongoDB and MariaDB
It would be nice if you also had:
- Familiarity with Helm for Kubernetes package management
- Familiarity with Golang
- Experience with OCP
- Experience with Kafka
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible
- Understanding of security best practices for cloud-native environments
- Ability to work in a fast-paced DevOps environment with a focus on automation and self-service capabilities
