We are now looking for a business & development-minded Head of Group Finance Development to join Metso's Group Finance team of 18 finance professionals. Your main responsibilities are in the development of reporting and planning tools and processes. You will, in Group finance, lead the development of actual reporting and planning processes.
This position is mainly located in Espoo, Finland, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.
What you'll do
- Lead the further development of our new EPM platform (OneStream) and support in reporting and planning processes.
- Work in close interaction with key stakeholders in finance and IT organizations.
- Convert business requirements into working solution improvements and upgrades.
- You also play a critical change manager role in transforming finance ways of working to take full advantage of our new EPM platform.
Who are you
- Experience of leading the development of systems and processes in a global business environment
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, controlling, or similar position
- You are native with required IT systems and pick up new tools easily
- Experience and knowledge of different reporting systems (such as OneStream, PBI, SAP BW/BI, SAP AfO, and SAP ERP) is seen as positive
- Experience with advanced analytics capabilities
- Business acumen and proven analytical skills to ensure linkage between business and finance
- You are structured and analytical with good interpersonal and communication skills
- A service mindset is key to succeed in the position as well as the ability to adjust to evolving business needs and lead the change.
