We are now looking for a Sr Manager, Talent & Culture Development for our People & Culture function.
People & Culture contributes to business success through competent support in all people & culture related issues such as talent development and acquisition, culture transformation, diversity, equity and inclusion, new ways of working, M&A, performance & rewards, and well-being, as well as operative support for people managers and employees. In this role, you will join our Talent & Culture Development team ( sub unit of People & Culture) which acts as a center of expertise to bring outside in thought leadership on talent and culture topics. Lead and develop global concepts and policies, from conception and design to adoption, drive impact and agile development. Reporting directly to the VP, Talent & Culture Development.
This position is based in Helsinki, Finland.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Championing the growth of People & Culture at the organizational level by leading and actively contributing to a variety of initiatives aligned with our strategic People & Culture roadmap.
- Designing and developing global concepts and policies-from ideation through implementation-while ensuring alignment with Kemira's strategy for profitable, sustainable growth and ongoing cultural transformation.
- Providing expert guidance and support across key Talent & Culture Development/ People & Culture development concepts and initiatives, ensuring relevance, effectiveness, and impact across the organization.
- Acting as a catalyst for sustainable change by advising and collaborating with the People & Culture network and leadership teams. Offering strategic consultation, sparring, and actionable recommendations to support culture transformation and organizational evolution.
- Conducting in-depth analysis to uncover insights, inform strategic decisions, and support the development of impactful policies, concepts, and processes.
What you'll bring to the team:

- Deep expertise & academic foundation: You hold a relevant academic background-such as an MSc in Behavioral Science, Psychology, or Organizational Development-providing a solid foundation for understanding people, culture, and organizational change.
- Proven experience in global, versatile environments: With at least 7-10 years in Talent, Culture, or Organizational Development, ideally within a large international company, you're comfortable working in modern Centers of Expertise (CoE) and leading best-in-class HR initiatives at scale.
- Strategic HR knowledge & human-centered focus: You bring deep people and culture development/ HRD expertise across several key HR domains-like leadership development, talent management and development, diversity, equity/ fairness & inclusion, or culture development or change management/ transformation. You're a strong people advocate who holds organizations to high ethical and sustainable standards.
- Modern methods & storytelling for change: You lead with insight, not just instinct-leveraging storytelling and data to influence and inspire. You're skilled in managing global projects using Agile, Design Thinking, and other modern methods. Certification in Agile HR & AI for HR is a plus, and you thrive in collaborative and empowered teams.
