We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our team. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for acting as a product designer for one or multiple of our SaaS products. You will work independently, owning your design work, while collaborating tightly with a product-manager and a cross-functional team as well as other designers in the company.
- Act as a product designer for one or multiple SaaS products.
- Design products holistically, from requirements and general concept to detailed UI designs.
- Work as part of a cross-functional product team.
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar position.
- Experience in designing for web-based SaaS products.
- Proficiency in Figma.
- Strong knowledge of Product Design methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with subject matter experts and developers to create viable and feasible designs.
- Experience in agile product development.
- Knowledge of heuristics and common design patterns to create usable designs.
- Proactive attitude with the drive to push work and team forward.
- Experience in UX and UI design.
- Familiarity with utilizing and contributing to a design system.
- Experience in prototyping user flows and interactions.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn and work in the transfer pricing and cross-border tax domain.
