Are you a driven communicator with a passion for sales and relationship building? As F-Secure's Inside Sales Specialist you would be supporting our Commercial Partners, driving growth, and ensuring seamless sales processes. You will be a key player within our Global Commercial Sales Team, working closely with globally distributed Account Managers and the Growth Marketing Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Commercial Partners Sales. Your role will focus on supporting our commercial partners, managing the sales process from lead qualification to order coordination, and ensuring clear communication with all relevant stakeholders.
This hybrid role based in Poland or Finland, with the flexibility to work from home as you choose. We also value in-person collaboration, so we hope you can join us at the office for key gatherings when needed.
At F-Secure we want to be efficient and transparent in our recruiting. Our hiring process will consists of three interview rounds: introduction interview, team interview and final interview. Our aim is to move quickly through the steps, and inform each candidate on a timely manner whether they will proceed in the process. Please note, that due to the ongoing holiday season there might be some delays in the process between December 20 and January 6.
Key responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for Commercial Partners, ensuring regular communication and exceptional service.
Manage and track incoming partner orders, ensuring smooth coordination and timely processing.
Support Account Managers with sales administration and coordination of partner activities.
Act as a liaison between Commercial Partners, the Commercial Sales Team, and internal departments to ensure clear communication and smooth workflows.
Assist in forecasting partner sales and providing input to support business planning.
Qualify and assign sales leads to the appropriate owners, ensuring efficient follow-up and engagement.
Who are we looking for?
Strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills, and confidence in working with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in relevant sales tools, for example CRM systems and other tools to support streamlined sales operations.
Analytical mindset and the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform sales strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactiveness in addressing challenges to keep processes on track.
Full professional proficiency in English for smooth communication with international partners.
You get bonus points for:
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Full professional proficiency in additional languages such as German, Polish or Italian.
Experience in sales-oriented roles, including Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Account Coordination.
