We are seeking a Director, Engineering Program Management to join our team and lead strategic execution across F-Secure. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all F-Secure technology and product programs, ensuring effective resource allocation, and maintaining high standards of product work while working closely with the Technology Management Team.
As our Director of Program Management, you'll be the driving force behind our strategic projects. You'll shape the organisation and ensure we deliver awesome results that matter. You'll work with brilliant minds across teams and every project pushes us closer to our goals. It's about caring for the people who make them happen.

The key responsibilities in this role:
Lead and oversee the complete lifecycle of strategic projects, ensuring value delivery on time and within budget. Lead a portfolio of 10+ concurrent global programs from concept to delivery.
Make critical decisions on resource allocation and prioritization across projects in collaboration with the Technology Management Team. Make tough prioritization calls that balance multiple product lines and market needs.
Partner with Product, Services, and Technology management teams to establish and maintain effective company-level value creation processes.
Establish and maintain transparent communication channels within the company regarding program progress, risks, and changes.
Drive daily alignment between program execution and business objectives. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, guiding teams and programs through challenges.
Drive global product planning and execution processes. Collaborate with the Head of Engineering Process Excellence to keep our global machine running smoothly. Adapt to market changes and build our program management framework that scales.
What are we looking for?
Proven strategic planning, program management, and portfolio management expertise. Strong track record of successful project delivery in a technology environment.
Strong experience in coaching managers, leaders and teams toward structured work, making change happen and program excellence.
Outstanding problem-solving abilities and experience in managing resource constraints on the function and company levels.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams
Experience in stakeholder management and driving organizational alignment
Demonstrated ability to make decisive actions in complex situations
