CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST
We have an exciting fixed-term (1 year) position for a customer-focused professional fluent in German. As part of our international customer service team, you will deliver top-notch support to our German customers with quality and efficiency. At Swappie, we engage with our customers through email, chat, phone, and other platforms. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our production team to resolve Germany-specific cases and work closely with our tech team to ensure smooth website navigation for our customers.
This full-time position is fixed-term for one year. Our customer service lines are open from 9:00 to 17:00, Monday through Friday. While our inspiring HQ office is located in Ruoholahti, Helsinki, we offer flexible hybrid remote working options.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU:
Are fluent in German (written and spoken) at a professional level
Have strong English skills, as it’s our company’s working language
Currently reside in Finland and can work from our Helsinki office on a weekly basis
Thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment but also enjoy taking ownership of your tasks and projects
Are genuinely passionate about providing excellent customer service. (Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus!
