HEAD OF GROWTH MARKETING
is responsible for leading Swappie-wide growth marketing strategy and effectiveness, including e.g. channel performance and development, growth marketing testing as well as systematic and continuous improvement of how we do growth marketing. In addition to growth marketing responsibilities, you will also lead a broader marketing strategy and P&L in a few Swappie countries as well as the work of a couple of marketing data analysts. Your goal is to ensure that Swappie is the go-to brand for both selling old iPhones to (C2B) and buying refurbished iPhones from (B2C).
Head of Growth Marketing is a key leader within the Markets leadership team with a mission to maximize the impact and cost effectiveness of both our B2C & C2B growth marketing activities internationally. In addition to leading the growth marketing strategy and growth tribe, you will also work to maximize Swappie’s success in a couple of key markets with focus on growth and profitability as well as ensure that marketing data analysts' work systematically improves the impact of our marketing.
As Head of Growth Marketing you will identify and execute growth opportunities to bring our category and brand to the next level. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced growth marketing leader to take over a broader role with responsibilities spanning from company-wide growth marketing strategy to regional commercial performance and marketing analytics. This position can be located in Helsinki or Berlin!
IN THIS ROLE YOU GET A CHANCE TO
- Maximize the impact of our growth marketing effectiveness internationally
- Define the highest impact improvement areas for growth and work systematically to execute them with relevant teams
- Set the international vision and direction for our growth marketing together with the growth tribe
- Together with the growth tribe set the global best practices for growth marketing, develop them into channel specific playbooks and implement these best practices in the daily growth marketing work
- Lead testing to systematically improve our performance
- Improve the ways of working e.g. via improving processes and increasing automation
- Together with your country teams develop a winning marketing strategy for the dedicated region/countries to drive growth and exceed revenue and profitability KPIs
- Directly lead the regional and analytics team as well as coach and indirectly lead the international growth tribe of growth marketing managers to achieve business, growth, and profitability goals Own and manage the regional marketing budget and P&L for the markets in the region
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF YOU HAVE
- Proven experience in leading growth marketing strategies that drive significant revenue growth and improve efficiency
- Leadership experience in building and motivating high-performing team(s) in growth marketing or marketing environment
- Experience in driving significant revenue/order/user growth and having it as the main KPI
- Hands-on experience from performance marketing
- A strong analytical mindset with expertise in tracking, analytics, and data-informed decision-making
- Experience in consumer product (B2C) marketing
- Previous scale up and e-commerce experience is highly appreciated
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of owned media channels is considered a plus
