Treasury Manager, MacGregor
MacGregor is strengthening its standalone Corporate Functions. This new position, Treasury Manager at MacGregor, manages and executes the core operations and activities of the MacGregor Treasury, and contributes to the overall development of the function.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Managing the Group’s cash and liquidity positions
- Managing and monitoring of foreign exchange risk
- Executing derivative transactions with selected trusted counterparties
- Managing and monitoring of internal and external short-term financing
- Conducting Treasury controlling and reporting
- Administering and utilizing Treasury IT systems
- Participating in various corporate projects and events, and financial transactions
- Conducting market-follow up and ad-hoc analyses
- Cooperating, training and consulting in relation to internal stakeholders
- Contributing to the overall development of Treasury processes, practices and ways of working
Main tasks and responsibilities might be modified based on the person’s competencies and interests.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field
- 5 years of relevant experience within corporate treasury, preferably in the publicly listed company or from an audit company
- Experience from dealing with financial instruments
- Knowledge in financial instruments, Treasury system TWIN and Reuters/Bloomberg
- Knowledge of IFRS standards related to Treasury
- Understanding the business logic and related financial risk
- Development-minded, self-initiative and proactive personality with good teamworking skills
- Fluent spoken and written English
In this position you will work together with Head of Treasury, Finance department, Finance Shared Services and Business Divisions

This position is based in Finland with a hybrid working model. Main locations in Finland are Helsinki & Kaarina.
