For Takeda Finland we are looking for a Finance Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in driving Takeda’s financial performance and supporting strategic business decisions and initiatives. By integrating financial expertise with strong business acumen, people in this role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality financial analysis, insights, and solutions that align with Takeda’s values and growth objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
SKILLS AND KEY CAPABILITIES
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or similar roles, with a university degree in business and economics.
Proficiency in digital tools and SAP, with experience in AI and continuous learning and development.
Strong business partnering skills with the ability to challenge performance and drive robust discussions through financial analysis.
Excellent cross-functional teamwork abilities and collaboration across local, Nordics, and Europe & Canada regions.
Strong business acumen, curiosity, and passion for learning about the business, environment and leadership skills.
Strategic enterprise thinking to drive innovation and business development.
Proactive and independent worker with the ability to initiate improvements.
Extensive knowledge of relevant business-related matters such as tender and pricing, product launches, and competition.
Robust finance expertise to ensure compliance and process improvements.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effectively delivering messages.
Ability to perform in ambiguous situations, support decisions in dynamic environments and timely accept leading also with an element of some uncertainty.
