The purpose of the role is to streamline all marketing processes and cross-functional processes. You will take the lead on how to increase our efficiency in processes of data handling, while you will also be an active contributor in the daily data handling yourself. In addition, you will be the manager of our excellent translators in our four Nordic markets.

Tasks and responsibilities
The Marketing Operations Manager is the “Go-to-Person” for product data tasks, and you aim to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and performance of the entire marketing department and guarantees compliance with local laws in all marketing activities.
You will be responsible for price management and product information for all Domestic products in all categories. This includes:
- Analyse and share information regarding Miele category performance
- Work across sales and marketing in all channels.
- Collaborate with Business Units on a category marketing level and with other stakeholders in HQ .
- Optimize all Nordic and local product category activities to deliver agreed upon ROI measures.
- Constantly maintains and optimizes product data quality and processes
- Ensures that all marketing activities comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations
- In addition, this role is responsible for the translators in all four markets. You will therefore secure efficient team and be the inspiring leader for this group.
Your experience and competencies
The key to success in this role is that you have at least three years of successful experience from a similar job in an international company and you possess a drive for data & simplification. You must love data and processes – and have super-user technical skills in SAP and Excel.
You like to drive change and you are consistently looking for improvements on how we can operate within the marketing team.
Preferably you bring a Bachelor degree or a similar education. You have a strong business understanding and a distinct commercial mindset. You support this drive with strategic thinking and pronounced analytical skills.
You have experience with people management and are fluent in English both in writing and orally.
