The disruption management development team is a part of theend-to-end disruption management organization in Finnair's Customer unit. It is a dynamic team responsible for all the development around disruption management. The team is working closely with many internal & external stakeholders and with multiple service providers to make the customer journey better in disruptions.

CONCEPT & SERVICE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS & CARE)
to join the new end-to-enddisruption management development team. If you are an innovativeperson with a passion for identifying development needs to increase customer experience, we want you to be a part of our journey.
As the concept & service development manager, you will be responsible for driving the development of new concepts and services that align with our strategic goals. Your role will be central in developing innovative solutions and ensuring the successful implementation and continuous improvement of services & products that enhance customer experience and satisfaction in disruptions.In your role your focus is on managing the development work around customer solutions & care in disruptions, including development & maintenance of several aviation disruption management related products & systems.
Main responsibilities:

Lead the ideation, design & developments in end-to-enddisruption management area:Oversee the implementation of new services from concept to launch, ensuring they meet business goals and customer needs
