We are seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Service Assistant for our client company to ensure a seamless customer experience. About the role
In this role, you will handle customer interactions across various platforms, including phone and email. You will assist customers with a range of inquiries, from billing issues and account modifications to questions about products and services. You will be working in Finland as part of multicultural team dedicated to supporting sales operations for a company focused on well-being products. In addition to Finland, some of the team operates in Denmark and Sweden. The position primarily involves on-site work at the office, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid working model later on. The role can start as part-time if needed, with a transition to full-time around mid-May until the end of August or September.

We are looking for
- Strong interest in sales and a customer-centric attitude
- Excellent proficiency in written and spoken Danish with a basic understanding of English
