Partnering with a Beverage client seeking an active and driven Area Sales Manager to the Northern and West Coast region of Finland (Oulu / Vaasa / Lappi area).
Ideal candidate is a motivated, self-starting sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based role. You should enjoy building relationships, delivering results, and taking full ownership of your territory.
You’ll be part of a high-performing team of six Area Sales Managers, each independently responsible for their region. Our customers include grocery stores, gyms and fitness centers, and other out-of-home accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Increase sales and market share in your designated area
- Enhance customer profitability and satisfaction
- Build relationships with existing customers and proactively acquire new accounts
- Independently manage your territory while collaborating with the wider field sales team
- Travel frequently within your region (approx. 2–3 days per week overnight travel)
Requirements:
- 1+ years of sales experience in Energy Drink (preferred), Beverage, Consumer packaged goods (CPG), or Grocery / Fast-Moving-Consumer-Goods (FMGC) industries
- Background as an Area Sales Manager, Sales Representative, or Merchandiser preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic proficiency in English and MS Office tools
- Valid Category B driver’s license
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Oulu / Vaasa region
