Nokia Space & Defense is part of Mobile Networks with the objective of leading Nokia into the Defense sector by adapting and developing Nokia's solutions
It is a verticalized Business Unit that includes all functions such as CTO, Engineering, Business Product management and support functions to achieve its objectives.
As a Business Product Manager in charge of 3GPP Devices and CPE ecosystem, you are a recognized expert in your field
You will manage a small team of sales and technical support and collaborate with various teams within Nokia and our partners to drive
- Device and CPE Ecosystem Portfolio Management,
- Sales Development support,
- Strategy and market analysis,
- Portfolio Business development and management
You will address US/ European / Indopac markets.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
- Device and CPE Ecosystem Solution Management
- In charge to deliver and report on order Sales and Sales Margin target for this segment of business
- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and pain points
- Drive the contract negotiation with all internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the portfolio in Nokia and the delivery capabilities
- Defining the service model of operation with the partners and the resellers
- Provide the sales teams with the tools and training to manage the sales engagement and the offer management and track the attack plan
- Coordination of pre & post-sales support to support RFI/RFQ/RFP and deliveries.
- Market analysis and Business Strategy development including industry trends, competition and addressable marke
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You have :
- 10+ years of experience in both sales and solutions in the Mobile phone industry including tender management
- Proven track record of successfully selling complex solutions to large organizations.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Understanding of creating secure mobility solutions
- Experience of working in the defense sector
It would be nice if you also had:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Sales drive and Negotiation skills
Willingness to travel up to 50%
