Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our company, driving sales, generating leads, and promoting our extensive range of eLearning services. You will connect with potential clients, understand their training needs, and present customized solutions that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other important data.
- Meet or exceed sales goals as established by leadership.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role.
- Experience in the eLearning industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
- Excellent knowledge of CRM tools.
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
- Fast learner with a passion for sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
