A key role of the Global Workplace Services Manager is to own the FM collaborator relationship including integration of delivery and contract management. Also, you will be expected to work closely with the Business Groups' Real Estate teams to develop regional service levels and delivery excellence and; with our collaboration partners, to drive efficiencies. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of stakeholders across all business units, contributing to the overall success of the company.
In this role, you will have the responsibility for the development of strategy, governance concepts and processes related to our global facility management services activity. You will oversee and approve facility management policy and work closely with FM partners to ensure their teams and suppliers meet Nokia's standards and guidelines. You will be involved in supporting new workplace activities, playing a crucial role in the activity's transition and ensuring a seamless experience for employees.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
We are looking for a candidate with 10+ years of experience in Facility management or related fields with a preference for those who have practical experience in managing site' workplace operations. Fluent English is required with additional languages a plus.
As part of the team, you will:
- Be responsible for the global development of strategy, governance concepts and; processes related to Global Facility Management Services and related activities.
- Develop and own FM Collaborators' process relating to specific workplace services tasks, including reporting and continuous review and adjustment.
- Provide strategic steering, processes, and methods that can be utilized globally using consistent practices and methods for all FM collaborators.
- Act as the escalation point for issues related to the Global FM Collaborators' performance.
- Perform service level audits of Facility Services and the supply chain.
- Responsible for the performance management of FM collaborators including KPI development.
- Develop regional service levels and delivery excellence with regional teams and collaboration partners to drive efficiencies.
- Drive Workplace Service innovation and best practices.
- Contributes to the development of global workplace guidelines, processes and concepts.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
**You have:**
- Knowledge and experience in the management of external providers within an international environment; min 5 years' experience.
- An independent and self-directed approach with an ability to. develop plans and measure effectiveness using your strong project management skills.
- Experience in developing and managing collaboration solutions and relationships.
- Experience in performance management with ability to develop best practice strategies for ensuring collaborator integration.
- Strong and effective communication skills with the ability to target messages appropriately from working-level staff up to Business Group or site leadership.
**It would be nice if you also had:**
- Understanding of real estate workplace, financial and other performance issues and metrics, including productivity measurements.
- A working knowledge of and experience of site operations including the management of both hard and soft services.
