At Kalmar, we're looking for a Digital Support Trainee to join our fast-paced and dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting both customers and internal teams while helping to ensure a smooth digital experience for all users on MyKalmar, our customer portal.
Main tasks and responsibilities
As a Digital Support Trainee, you'll play a key role in:
- Assisting customers with technical issues and providing first-level support via email or ticketing systems
- Troubleshooting login problems, system errors, and other technical challenges in collaboration with our development team
- Supporting the creation of digital marketing materials, presentations, and documentation
- Tracking user activity and analyzing key performance metrics to suggest improvements
- Preparing reports and analyses to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborating with teams across marketing, pricing, product, and more to resolve customer issues and support projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Education:
- Commercial or technical background; university degree preferred.
Experience & Skills:
- Basic knowledge of digital platforms, customer support, and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Competencies:
- Good command of English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Any additional language skills are a plus!
