Sales Manager Pulp and Paper
Sales & support Team ensures excellent in-house technical support and maintain high internal and external customer satisfaction. Satron has a distributor network in 46 countries. The Sales & Service team is contact point for technical questions and responsible for our global distributor network training. We create success by building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. This appointment is a viewpoint for sales and customer service.
Key functions are:
- Technical Service Standards: Ensure high technical service standards and customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Develop long-term partnerships with distributors and customers.
- Sales and Service Support: Respond to short-notice assignments and support market approach and pricing strategies.
- Technical Discussions: Conduct technical discussions and provide accurate information.
- Collaboration: Liaise with technical colleagues for effective applications and solutions.
- Product Trials: Follow and optimize product performance during trials.
- Team Contribution: Contribute to team efforts and achieve related results.
- Communication Management: Manage incoming calls and emails for global sales and service support.
- Customer Needs Understanding: Work with distributors and sales to meet customer demands.
- Product Introduction: Train distributors and sales representatives on new products and applications.
- Account Management: Open and maintain customer accounts.
- Analysis and Reporting: Analyze, summarize, and present results and solutions.
- Order Assistance: Assist with orders, refunds, or exchanges.
- Complaint Handling: Handle complaints and ensure resolution.
- Documentation: Provide well-documented reports and recommendations.

- You possess prior experience in the dairy, food & beverage, or pulp & paper industries, or have worked as an instrumentation or automation engineer in a process industry.
- You have a relevant technical education.
- You have a broad technical knowledge and understanding of business processes, components, and supply chain management.
- You are proficient in English, and fluency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
- You are willing to travel.
- You enjoy interacting with people, can make thoughtful decisions, and work independently.
