Sales Manager Food and Beverage
Sales & support Team ensures excellent in-house technical support and maintain high internal and external customer satisfaction. Satron has a distributor network in 46 countries. The Sales & Service team is contact point for technical questions and responsible for our global distributor network training. We create success by building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. This appointment is a viewpoint for sales and customer service.
Key functions are:
• Conduct and coordinate sales & service activities. Technical discussions with customers, and also be the link with the Satron organization.
• Carry out “hands-on” surveys, calibrations, commissioning, troubleshooting and trials at customer’s premises, and provide well documented reports and recommendations.
• Responsibility for achievement of agreed sales budget and realization of growth targets for the responsible sales area.
• Through continuous customer contacts with presumptive and existing customers, within the region, motivate them into purchasing Satron Instruments products.
• Build up and develop long-term cooperation and partnership with customers. Improve Satron Instruments’s performance and quality to establish and maintain Satron Instruments products as customer’s first choice.
• Liaising with Satron technical colleagues to provide effective applications and solutions for customers.
• Supporting introduction of new products in the marked by customer visits and extensive data analysis to prove performance and value added.
• Follow trials on site to optimize the performance of our product, support in technical service making trials a success.
• Analysing, summarizing and presenting results and solutions to our customers.

• Previous experience in Dairy, food & Beverage and/or Pulp & papermaking processes or in a role of instrumentation or automation engineer or similar in a process industry.
• Suitable technical education
• General technical knowledge and understanding of business processes, components, and supply chain management
• Ability to communicate in English language any other fluent language skill is a big advantage.
• Readiness to travel.
• You like to interact with people and are able to make deliberate choices and work independently.
